Really neat idea here. These bracelets are created from recycled camera lens! The reasons I love them are: I love the colors used on cameras, I love the small type, and I love the idea of taking a camera that is typically known for creating art, and actually making art out of the camera.
These are all one of a kind, so get them while they are still around! Prices range between $190 and $265. You can purchase them at Oye Modern.

There is a decent write up by Christopher Hibbert over at Abduzeedo on learning light painting. Now this is something that has interested me long before those fancy sprint light commercials. I may have to try this sometime.

The concept for the ‘Snap‘ above is a rendering of what a new ultra compact camera from Sony might look like. When first seeing this concept, I thought to my self, “oh, thats cool”, and upon reading into it, I learned that the design is inspired by a mans wallet. With it’s sleek/secretive design, I am sure if made reality, it would sell pretty well, but in my opinion, I don’t think for very long.

I’m really digging shots taken by fashion photographer Richard Bailey. Specifically his Vogue and Westfield photos.
